L’Oréal was getting together for a regional meeting, with a lot of the usual material to discuss on developing strategies for Asian markets. But they were convinced that what they really needed was some fresh fodder for thought – our brief was to provide this.

We identified social media influencers from India and Thailand to start with. And we worked with them to create inspiration for the L’Oréal teams – including snapshots of their personal care routines, reviews of their favourite products, commentaries on the latest trends according to them.

The final video was presented as the key provocation for panel discussion and ideation, featuring the most influential hackers for getting up close and personal with what’s happening in markets today.
