We led BBC World Service’s investigation to shape their go-to-market strategy – meeting current and potential podcast listeners in design thinking workshops that we conducted across Indian cities.

Our report was the primary input into their India strategy. And it was presented to the BBC World Service Editorial team – hot off the press!
